Crêpes Creations was founded by Catherine Boles in 2013. After seven years and a planned move to Singapore, Crêpes Creations was taken over by Chloe Martin in 2020.

Chloe is French, born and raised in Paris, and spent her summer holidays in Brittany, in the North West of France, where she grew up enjoying crêpes and galettes from local crêperies. Chloe moved to New Zealand in 2006, and after nearly 15 years of living away from France, she decided she wanted to go back to her French roots, and took the opportunity to be trained by Catherine to become a professional crêpe maker and take over Crêpes Creations, allowing her to share her taste for authentic French crêpes and galettes with her adoptive country.

Judging by the smiles and testimonials, Auckland is certainly enjoying the ability to taste those authentic, delicious crowd pleasing French crêpes and galettes!

Private party, march 2018, 60 people: "we had Catherine and Crepes creations cater our family celebration with about 60 people there. What a fun and easy way to feed a huge number of people with no fuss, preparation or cleanup! And everyone loved them, and kept coming back for more. The range of crepes kept the vegetarian, vegan and gluten free guests happy as well. Catherine was super friendly and helpful-even coming up with a unique crepe for our celebration."
